Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By using BroadbandAdvisor ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to the free bill analysis tool and any paid specialist services.

2. Free Analysis Service

The bill analysis tool is provided free of charge, as-is, without warranty of any kind. Analysis results are generated by AI and are for informational purposes only. We make no guarantee that:

• The analysis will be complete, accurate, or free of errors
• Every provider or bill format will be correctly parsed
• The service will be available at all times without interruption

3. Savings Estimates

Savings estimates provided in your analysis report are based on market benchmark data and are not contractual guarantees. Actual savings depend on your specific provider, contract terms, location, service tier, and your ability to negotiate with your carrier. Results may vary. Past performance of our recommendations does not guarantee future results.

4. Specialist Services

Paid specialist services (telecom procurement, contract negotiation, RFP management) are offered separately and governed by individual service agreements. Pricing, deliverables, and timelines are specified in those agreements. The free analysis does not create any obligation to purchase specialist services.

5. Your Responsibilities

By uploading a bill, you confirm that:

• You have the right to share the document (it is your bill or you are authorized to act on behalf of the account holder)
• You will not upload documents containing personally identifiable information of third parties without authorization
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BroadbandAdvisor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of profits, data, or business opportunities; actions taken based on our analysis; or failure to achieve estimated savings.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100 if you have not made any payments).

7. Intellectual Property

The analysis report generated from your bill is yours. The underlying analysis methodology, software, AI models, and benchmark database are our intellectual property and may not be copied, scraped, or reproduced without written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for users who violate these terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, except where prohibited by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
